Cancellation & Refund Policy

How Cancellation Works

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs, who dedicate time and reserve vehicles specifically for your booking.

• Full Refund: Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time and receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will be charged the full booking amount. This covers vehicle allocation and chauffeur preparation costs.
• Free Reschedule: If you reschedule (not cancel) more than 24 hours in advance, no additional fees apply. Subject to vehicle availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For corporate accounts with monthly billing, cancellations are handled as credits against the next monthly invoice rather than direct refunds.

No-Show Policy

If the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (and has not communicated a delay), the booking will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Exceptions

We review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Events such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations with documented proof, or force majeure situations may qualify for a refund even within the 24-hour window.
