Vehicles can carry your brand identity, chauffeurs are briefed on your service standards, and the entire experience appears as if it were operated in-house. Behind the scenes we handle dispatch, fleet management, compliance, insurance and 24/7 supervision — leaving your concierge desk free to focus on the guest.
We work with a range of partnership models. Some hotels prefer a dedicated permanent chauffeur stationed at the property; others take an on-demand model where vehicles are dispatched per booking; and our largest partners run a hybrid where two or three vehicles are based on-site supplemented by our wider Dubai fleet during peak occupancy.
